Renders a 2swagg staff capcode as its coloured badge (with icon where one exists).
Usage: {{Capcode|Developer}} → ## Developer 
Accepts: Founder, Admin, Manager, Moderator (or Mod), Developer (or Dev), Janitor (or Janny). Case-insensitive.
Colours are set inline in this template; edit here to change them. Icons come from File:Icon-admin.gif, File:Icon-moderator.gif, File:Icon-developer.gif (16x16).
