Swaggtan is the mascot of 2swagg: a pink-haired anime-style girl character. She shows up in the site's rotating banner images and is the face of the 404 "page not found" screen.
She was drawn by Slashstabslice, one of the site's moderators. The FAQ credits her plainly: "made by one of our mods Slashstabslice, thanks slash!"
