Swaggtan is the mascot of 2swagg: a pink-haired anime-style girl character, usually drawn with dark sunglasses and an awesome-face shirt. She shows up in the site's rotating banner images and is the face of the 404 "page not found" screen.
She was created by Slashstabslice, a moderator and the site's main artist, who draws most Swaggtan art. The FAQ credits her plainly: "made by one of our mods Slashstabslice, thanks slash!"
