Blotter

The blotter is 2swagg's running news ticker: the short announcements that scroll near the top of the site. It has its own dedicated page at /blotter.php as well as appearing as a homepage widget.

Blotter entries are how the site communicates day-to-day changes: board launches, policy tweaks, and one-line status notes. All of them are written by SomeBois. The full run of them, reconstructed, is on Site history.
