Rivalries

A recurring feature of 2swagg culture, especially on /swag/ and /raid/, is banter and rivalry with other small imageboards. This is standard for the "altchan" scene: sites define themselves partly against their neighbours.

Threads regularly name-check the wider soyjak / "sharty" scene (soyjak.party and its spinoffs), plus heyuri and 4chan's /s4s/. /raid/ keeps informal "win / loss" scoreboard posts against named targets, including mootxi.co, soyposter.party, allchans.org, and jarty.party.

Growth

SomeBois is open that 2swagg's growth comes from raids and from advertising the site on other imageboards, and that much of the userbase has come across from soyjak.party splinters.

How seriously to take it

Lightly. /raid/ in practice is a low-stakes coordination board (26 threads, about 72 posts when surveyed), and a lot of the rivalry content is posturing and in-jokes rather than organised action. The site's own Rules do ban some kinds of raiding, and /r/'s honeypot framing is part of the same joke ecosystem.
