Site culture
This page describes the tone and culture of 2swagg as presented on the public site. 2swagg describes itself as "an off-color, absurd-humor, spamming and raiding website," and much of what follows is comedic framing rather than literal policy — the Rules page is the place for actual policy.
Swaggtan
Swaggtan is the site mascot: a pink anime-girl character who appears on the site's 404 page and in its rotating banners. Per the FAQ, she was created by a site moderator named Slashstabslice. (Slashstabslice is a moderator, not an owner or founder.)
Rotating taglines
The homepage cycles through dozens of short, absurdist one-liners that change on each page load. They set the site's shock-humor comedic tone. Many are edgy or NSFW-adjacent in tone and are not reproduced here.

This is satirical framing consistent with the site's self-described "off-color, absurd-humor" identity, not an actual moderation rule. Actual enforceable rules are on the Rules page.
